9. Installation and De-installation

10. Cancellation
- If an artist needs to withdraw from the exhibition after confirming their participation, they must notify the gallery at least 45 days before the exhibition opening.
- The participation fee is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 45 days before the exhibition opening.
11. Amendments
- A Space Gallery reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to participating artists in a timely manner.
