    Regulations for the A Space Gallery Art Contest

    1. Eligibility:

    • The contest is open to artists aged 18 and above, from any country.
    • Both amateur and professional artists are eligible to participate.
    • Employees of A Space Gallery, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the contest are not eligible to enter.

    2. Contest Entries:

    • Participants must submit original artwork that has not won prizes in other competitions.
    • Artworks can be in any medium (painting, sculpture, digital art, photography, etc.).
    • Each artist is allowed to submit a maximum of three pieces of artwork.

    3. Submission Process:

    • Entries must be submitted via the online registration form available on the A Space Gallery website or by email to aspacecastello@gmail.com.
    • Submissions must include the artist's name, contact information, a brief biography, an artist statement, and high-quality images of the artwork.
    • For video art or performances, a direct link to the viewing platform must be included.
    • Proof of payment of the entry fee must accompany the submission.

    4. Entry Fee:

    • There is a non-refundable entry fee which must be paid online through the A Space Gallery store. The fee covers administrative costs and is required for each submission.

    5. Deadline:

    • Entries must be received by [insert deadline date here]. Late submissions will not be accepted.

    6. Judging and Selection:

    • Entries will be judged by a panel of experienced curators and artists selected by A Space Gallery.
    • Artworks will be evaluated based on originality, artistic merit, and alignment with the contest's theme.

    7. Prizes:

    • The winner(s) of the contest will be granted a solo exhibition at A Space Gallery, or inclusion in a group exhibition, depending on the nature of their work.

    8. Intellectual Property:

    • By submitting an entry, artists grant A Space Gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and promote the artwork in connection with the contest and related activities, including marketing and promotional events.
    • Artists retain all other rights to their works.

    9. Data Protection:

    • Personal data received from participants will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will only be used in connection with the administration of the contest.

    10. Amendments and Termination:

    • A Space Gallery reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of A Space Gallery’s control.

    11. Acceptance of Rules:

    • By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
